Jubilee 2025: Pope Francis designated 2025 as a Holy Year, Jubilee 2025. He has chosen the theme, “Pilgrims of Hope.” The Diocese has created a webpage building on that theme. Check it out https://www.rcda.org/jubilee2025 and spread the word.
It includes teaching tools for Faith Formation, a video message from Bishop Scharfenberger, and more.
***Save the Date: Sunday, January 5th, the Diocese will celebrate the start of the Jubilee Year of Hope with a Procession from Historic Saint Mary’s, Albany to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, & Mass at the Cathedral with Bishop Edward Scharfenberger.
Find details on the Jubilee webpage. If you want to be shuttled from the Cathedral to Saint Mary’s to take part in the Procession, you must RSVP Kathryn.barrans@rcda.org by Monday, December 23, 2024.

OLQP ALTAR ROSARY COAT DRIVE:
Once again the Our Lady Queen of Peace Altar Rosary Society is collecting all sizes of CLEAN, lightly used adult and children’s jackets or winter coats. Please check your closets for a coat or jacket you haven’t worn or outgrown and donate it to help the less fortunate in our community stay warm over the winter season. Place your donations in the specially labeled box in the Church vestibule. For help or information, please contact Judy Farrell at 518-986-0222. The coat drive runs November 18 thru December 20. Help keep your brothers and sisters warm during this most difficult of times.
